Discovery

STEP 1

Discovery

Getting to know you, taking the time to understand you, your business, your values, your organisation, and your goals...These are essential prerequisites for creating a personalised exhibition space.
During this initial contact, we also discuss the technical requirements to be included in the layout and design (storage, reception area, product display, discussion space, budget, etc.).

Conception

STEP 2

Design

Next, our design office imagines and designs the space that will bring your dreams to life. From the design of the project, taking into account your needs and constraints, to the technical analysis, in concertation with our workshop, we create a made-to-measure project that reflects who you are.
We provide you with an initial design that includes plans and 3D perspectives.

STEP 3

ANALYSIS & COSTING

This intermediate stage allows us to make sure we are heading in the right direction and to adjust the project to your expectations. We make any necessary changes and then work from the detailed estimate for the project, involving all of our trades (carpentry, electricity, preparation, decor logistics, furnishings, etc.).
We provide you with the finalised plans and perspectives, along with a detailed line-by-line estimate.

Validation

STEP 4

AGREEMENT

Once the project has been agreed with you, we make the final technical and aesthetic adjustments.
We guide you through all the technical aspects you need to order for your exhibitor area (electricity, slings, etc.). We obtain the organiser's approval for the project.

We send you all the data you need to create the files for your visuals.
We are keen to support you every step of the way.

STEP 5

MANUFACTURE

The project is up and running! And our joiner takes over, in concertation with the project manager, to start building it. Our in-house joinery workshop means guaranteed quality. It's not just about manufacturing; a whole team is at your service to prepare and give shape to your space, whether it's for a stand or a layout and design project. The workshop is also where we prepare all the components for your project (power supply, lighting, structures, etc.).
Everything is carefully prepared, palletised and protected to for a high-quality result.

Logistique

STEP 6

LOGISTICS

A small detail perhaps, but it is an integral part of the process for your project, whether for a stand or a layout design!
We have hand-picked partners, with whom we maintain a relationship of trust, for transporting your projects. Our staff is involved here too; loading, unloading, always paying particular attention to the stability and protection required for a project to be completed to the highest standards.

Installation

STEP 7

INSTALLATION

The final phase of the manufacturing process! Our fitters come on board to carry out the installation of your project. Starting with a bare surface, we assemble each structure to bring your exhibition space to life: assembly, fine-tuning of the final details from signage to lighting, then a thorough cleaning of your space, to deliver a unique project that reflects your image.

Réception

STEP 8

HANDOVER

A symbolic moment in our partnership: handing over the keys!
We take a moment to walk you round your stand or your layout, to make sure you are getting the look you wanted. We sign off on all the details so that you can make the most of your space.

STEP 9

ONGOING MANAGEMENT

The end of the show is not the end of the adventure for tailored, reusable stands.
We take care of storage and refurbishment of your project before each 'outing', for optimal re-use.
We look over the plans again and ensure the technical compatibility of your stand and your space at each new event. We work with you to make any necessary adjustments, following our process that guarantees the precision, care, and quality of the project.
